The Main House's 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths has a beautiful chef’s kitchen with a full wet bar and luxurious executive office. The completely detached Casita Guest House is a bedroom and bath of exquisite privacy and calm. The interiors are done in desert and sand colors with warm and rich chocolate brown tones. There is cross cut travertine flooring throughout (your feet luxuriate in plush carpet in all the bedrooms), as well as granite countertops and rift-sawn oak cabinetry with a chocolate satin stain. (Rift-sawn oak is cut to expose the grain linearly rather than in the traditional oak pattern] The entire house is equipped with dramatic and user-friendly lighting system by HomeWorks (Lutron), with multiple settings for creating any mood; touch a button, and the entire house is set for dinner, or for a party, or with the touch of a button turn off every single light effortlessly. (The original designer owner ensured that the Casa de Corcoran is beautifully dramatic by night, both inside and out— the lighting system controls extensive exterior lighting as well.)

You'll find custom-designed wood furniture: In the master suit, furnishings are a deep chocolate brown with rich lacquered surfaces and an upholstered moss green suede bed with a suede bedspread and decorative pillows. A beautiful plush chenille is used on the living room sofa (seats four, with two seat cushions) as well as the pair of large upholstered club chairs, and by the fireplace one relaxes in a pair of large wood-frame chairs covered in plush fabric and down cushions. In the Great Room, leather upholstered furnishings compliment extremely comfortable down cushions, with plush down decorative throw pillows everywhere. In the gourmet kitchen, you'll relax and enjoy— all kitchen appliances are GE Monogram Designer series, with a 6-burner gas Rangetop, electric oven, and GE Advantium Oven / Microwave. A silent dishwasher and designer stainless steel hood and refrigerator complete this state-of-the-art kitchen.

For cool nights, there are gas-powered fireplaces in the living and master bedroom.
